Can I change my flower arrangement at any time?
The answer is yes! You can change your flower arrangement at any time! We understand that your needs evolve over time, and that you may be looking for a change depending on the time of year and the season.
If you would like to make any changes to your floral arrangement, whether in terms of the type of flowers, the colours or the quantity, please contact us directly by e-mail (info@cotefleurs.ch) or by telephone (+41 (0)22 347 97 47). What if I'm not at home on the day of delivery?
Don’t worry, all you have to do is contact us if you’re not there on the delivery day originally scheduled in your subscription. There’s always a solution to suit all your needs.
Please let us know well in advance (at least 3 days before if possible) by e-mail (info@cotefleurs.ch) or by telephone (+41 (0)22 347 97 47) if you plan to be absent on the day of your delivery.
If you have an unforeseen event that prevents you from giving us enough notice to make arrangements in advance, our dedicated team will be happy to find a suitable solution for you, so that your flowers can be delivered on another day when you are potentially available.
Can I pause my flower subscription?
You can pause your subscription at any time, as it is non-binding and flexible.
To do this, simply contact us before the delivery date initially scheduled in your subscription and your subscription will be suspended. You can also reactivate your flower delivery subscription at any time by contacting us by e-mail or telephone, clearly indicating your needs and your new delivery arrangements.
